1. No Refunds: All Sales Are Final

This includes, but is not limited to, the purchase of decor items, custom decor services, and any other products or services offered by Holiday Porch Displays.                •             Customized Nature of Products and Services: As our decor items and services are often customized to meet individual preferences and property specifications, refunds are not offered under any circumstances. Each product and service is crafted specifically to your order, which limits our ability to reprocess, resell, or reuse these custom items.

               •             Customer Acknowledgment: By proceeding with a purchase on our Site, you confirm that you have reviewed and accepted this Refund Policy. You acknowledge that you have no entitlement to a refund for any purchases made.

 

2. Pre-Booking Deposit for Custom Decor Services

 

For Custom Decor Services, a Pre-Booking Deposit of $150.00 is required to secure your reservation. The following terms apply:

               •             Non-Refundable Deposit: The Pre-Booking Deposit is non-refundable and required to confirm your booking and hold your appointment in our schedule. This deposit applies even if you decide to cancel the booking or reschedule your appointment.

               •             Cancellations: Should you choose to cancel your reservation for any reason, you forfeit the Pre-Booking Deposit in full. This applies regardless of whether services were scheduled to be delivered at a later date.

               •             Agreement to Terms: By placing the Pre-Booking Deposit, you agree to this Refund Policy and understand that the deposit is non-refundable.

 

3. Additional Fees and Payments

 

               •             Remaining Balance Payments: If additional charges or balances are due after the Pre-Booking Deposit, these payments are also non-refundable once paid. Changes to the scope of decor services after payment is processed will not affect the final sale status.

               •             No Partial Refunds: No partial refunds or credits will be issued for services that are partially completed or decor items that are partially delivered.

 

4. No Exceptions Policy

 

Due to the specialized nature of our products and services, no exceptions to this Refund Policy will be made. This includes, but is not limited to:

               •             Client cancellations for any reason, including changes of preference, scheduling conflicts, or inability to proceed with decor services.

               •             Dissatisfaction with final products or services after delivery, as products are custom-made based on prior consultation and client specifications.

               •             Unforeseen circumstances, including but not limited to personal emergencies, weather conditions, or property limitations.

 

5. Modifications to Orders

 

Once an order is placed, any modifications, including changes in decor preferences or adjustments to scheduling, may be subject to additional charges. However, modifications will not alter the non-refundable status of the original payment.

 

6. Chargebacks and Dispute Resolution

 

               •             Prohibition on Chargebacks: You agree not to initiate any chargeback with your payment provider or financial institution.
